Our Scan2CAD service models a 2D plan, a 3D CAD model, a BIM model or an isometric model from your point cloud. You can easily process the results in your existing software. Ultimately, it's about your project, not the point cloud.

New project, different CAD system (target system). The requirements for the CAD system are as varied as your projects. No problem – you tell us the desired target system or data format and the specific requirements and we will evaluate your point cloud for you. This gives you first-class CAD data that you can continue to work with without any problems.
We provide the data in all common CAD industry formats, e.g:
DXF, DWG, STEP, IGS, OBJ, DGN, REVIT, INVENTOR, NAVISWORKS

Your project rises and falls with the costs. To enable you to correctly estimate the modeling costs, we calculate a fixed price to suit your project.
To do this, we need the following information from you
- a project description
- some photos of the property
- optionally existing old as-built documents (plans)
- optionally, the point cloud that may already be available
