- 2009: Head office founded in Magdeburg
- 2013: Opening of the South office in Wernau and the Office North
- 2019: Expansion with locations in Dresden (Office East) and Mühlheim (Office West)

“For more than 15 years, Laserscanning Europe GmbH has stood for innovation, expertise and experience in the field of scanning technology. We were pioneers in Germany and one of the few companies that only earned their money with 3D scanning. In the beginning, we were ridiculed for this and many experts did not believe in scanning as a technology.
In the beginning, our focus was primarily on 3D scanners, but we have grown with the development over the years. We are now involved with metrology scanners as well as scanners on mobile platforms, robots or UAVs, as well as GPS and GPR. In data analysis, our portfolio has expanded to include 3D modeling and BIM. We serve our global customer base through our webshop for scanner accessories,” says CEO Eric Bergholz.
