The beta version of Dot3D™ 4.0 is available since October 1, 2020.
To access the beta version of Dot3D™ 4.0, you need to register on the manufacturer's site.

Dot3D ™ 4.0 version for all Dot3D™ platforms available from mid-month

The next major update for Dot3D is progressing well in the early beta phases and is expected to be available as early as October 15, 2020. This update will be fully optimized for RealSense™ L515 and D455. Furthermore, the update offers a new user interface, allows multiple measurements, annotations on scan time and much more.
