We have a problem with FARO Scene Webshare to go 32bit. Our customer cannot open webshare on his 32bit computer. What is the reason and what can he do?

Hi,
It seems that problems arise when webshare projects are bigger than 11GB.
The limited RAM doesn't manage large projects.
The single solution seems to be a decrease of the scan data's resolution.
