The new ARTEC 3D is available now! The highly accurate, fully automatic desktop 3D scanner is particularly suitable for small machine parts, jewellery and dental parts.
With a point accuracy of up to 10 micrometers and a 3D resolution of up to 0.029mm, the Micro delivers digital twins of objects with the highest precision, even of tiny details.
How does the ARTEC Micro work?
You simply position the object to be scanned on the scanning platform. The Micro is ready for use in a matter of seconds and offers a wide range of scanning options.
The ARTEC Micro offers simple 3D acquisition with just one click. What does that mean? On the one hand, it is not necessary to stick targets to the scan object – this allows to save valuable time. On the other hand, the dual axis rotation system of the Micro as well as the double cameras and blue LEDs ensure that the object is captured completely and in full color with only a few shots.
The ARTEC Studio software allows you to see live on screen how the scan unfolds with all of its details. Then, you can process the scan data in ARTEC Studio. Thanks to popular output formats such as STL and OBJ, you can use the scan result, i.e. the final 3D model, in software solutions such as SOLIDWORKS, PolyWorks Inspector, Control X and Design X.
